To become an Exim customer is easy. To apply for our services, you need to follow 3 steps:

STEP 1 | Applying for registration in the Exim Flowers system

To be registered in the system, you must fill in all the required fields in the registration form.

STEP 2 |Prepare documents

After submitting the application, the manager will contact you to confirm the data. To confirm the activities of the company, copies of the following documents are required: BTW-nr, IBAN, SWIFT, documents confirming the ownership of the company (a document of the company indicating the name and names of the person holding the power of attorney) and a copy of the passport of the authorized person indicated in the company's documentation.

STEP 3 | Creating a personal account

After registration, a personal account of the client will be created. We will send a username and password to the email address you provided to activate your EXIM account and access online orders. Through your Exim account, you can place orders, track orders, track shipments, check invoices, and maintain statements.
